Casting Lightning Storm doesn't add it to the "Flashback Zone"
Spells with abilities that work on the stack should refresh the flashback zone. This appears to only refresh after another spell resolves before Lightning Storm resolves, which then allows you to click on the L. Storm in the flashback zone to activate it's discard ability.
