Update default legacy decks

Banlist of legacy isn't updated, decks with Deathrite Shaman and Gitaxian Probe are still legal in this version. Also many of the default legacy decks of forge contain these two cards, you may also wanna update those decks.
Update of the ban list: !1022 (merged)
I don't know where those default lists are though...
